  1. How do I register for the 3rd ILTERG Conference?

Upon acceptance of your abstract, you can make the payment. Please note that for papers to be included in the conference programme, all participants must have registered and paid the conference fee by the final payment date. send the bank receipt as proof of payment to sadik@diplomatorg.com and iltergconference@gmail.com  to finalize your registration. Please clearly indicate your name on the receipt/email, your mobile and your affiliation.

 

  1. Can I purchase my conference registration when I get to the meeting?

Unfortunately no. We encourage all presenters to register for the conference in advance. This allows us to plan accordingly for the appropriate number of presenters and manage any organisation needed. 

 

  1. How do I submit a proposal for the 3rd ILTERG Conference?

  1. What is included in the cost of my registration?

The registration fee includes conference participation, certificates and the conference bag and its contents, lunch for two days and coffee and tea breaks for onsite presentation.

  1. Who arranges the accommodation?

The presenters themselve are free to arrange accommodation as they like. You can find several hotels nearby. Please use Google maps to locate the venue (Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş University Campus) and hotels or hostels nearby. As Cappadocia region is a favorite tourist attraction, you are advised to book in advance.
